Last night had to be the most boring night of my life. No one was on AIM really and Emilee was asleep and I didn't want to watch tv. But I was talking to Steve on AIM and he had made some oatmeal raisin cookies,and so tempted by delicious baked goods I made the trek out to Student Apartments. I believe it was well worth the trip. My boredom was alleviated for a time, which was nice.
Today is all grey and wet and muddy and icky. This campus has the worst drainage system I have ever seen. My shoes are all muddy--which is partially my fault anyway for refusing to deviate from my chosen walking path--and so are the bottom of my jeans. Ain't life grand?
Tonight there's a step show and AKA's having an after-step show party at Brew-Ha-Ha's. So of course I'm going to our party and then Charlie invited me to go see the Pie Tasters at Ziggy's so I'm going to that after I pass out handbills but before I have to do my time for our party. Tonight is going to be busy, busy.

I hate my school's server. Anytime we go away for vacation, then come back, nothing ever works right. The only web page that ever comes up is the school's (I already go here and know ALL about the lies you spread, boys) and AIM plays musical chairs with itself. Grr...it's enough to make a girl visit the firearms section of Wal-Mart.
Needless to say, classes start tomorrow. We'll see how that goes.

Well, ladies and gents, the Kid is back. After a month long Christmas vacation, it's time for part two of this little story. Who knows what amusements and horrors await?
I got my hair cut for starters...it's straight and layered now. So far comments have been good, but only three people outside my family have seen it.
Just got back from checking my mail. Surprisingly there was actually something in it. My check for December (which I wasn't expecting until Jan-Feb) was waiting for me, all happy and ready to be cashed. Yee-haw! Nothing feels better than a little disposable income in your pocket.

And Shana, where is Remembrance 127? You never told me the address or anything.

Got an exam in about an hour. It's Japanese. I'm rather ambivalent about it, maybe because I'm tired. I got in around seven last night.
Wow, last night...interesting events all around. Although I hate getting all the sex questions during Truth or Dare Jenga. It's hard being a virgin and playing those type of games. After a while we gave up on that and just played straight up Truth or Dare. Erin had a specific question she wanted to ask me, but she jumped the gun before I said either truth or dare so I picked Dare for most of the night. Soon everyone got tired of me doing dares so Ray got to ask me the question. I sure hope you're satisfied Erin.
There's another party out there tonight I think, but I won't be going. I have a 9 o'clock history exam tomorrow. There's no way you can make me leave this room.

Yet another lazy day. I loooove finals week, except for the fact that I have finals. Not until Wednesday, though. So right now I'm sitting in my room watching some movie on tv, my roommate is sitting on the floor eating EasyMac, and Erin is right next to me reading this entry as I type.
I got $53.25 from selling back most of my books. Not too shabby in my opinion. Unfortunately I also got a parking ticket and a bill from the school saying I owed them $5.00. I don't know why I owed them the money, but I paid it anyway. You don't know what kind of evil henchmen this school has. On an lighter note, I made a B+ on my religion paper....the one on Shinto. Nice...

I have an Astronomy final in 28 minutes. 50 questions, all multiple choice. So did I study? Hell no. Went over to my friend Steve's apartment in Student Apps and hung out there. We played Truth or Dare Jenga (I'm not going to tell you what I did) until around 3 in the morning, then just sat around and talked for another hour or so. I met Steve's roommate, Ray, and Innocent Dave. Really fun guys. I should hang out with them more often.

Busy working on my Japanese presentation for tomorrow...I'm a little frazzled right now. I just realized that I have an Astronomy final on Saturday and I haven't read the last two chapters of the book. Of course, the final is only 50 multiple choice questions, so how hard can it be? Yeah, I say that and watch me fail miserably on it.
Tomorrow night's gonna be fun though. A little bonding with the sisters, a gym jam...what more could a girl ask for?

I had a nice night out tonight with my roommate, Emilee. We went out to the West End Cafe, which was extremely nummy. Kudos to Em on her choice. After that we saw Unbreakable, which was soooooooo good. I am now such a big fan of M. Night Shyamalan. I encourage all of you to go see it.
We were going to get into a little trouble on campus, but there wasn't much trouble to be had. So we rented A Clockwork Orange instead. A very nice film. Almost as good as the book. Plus Ross and Charlie came over...Ross was pretending to be drunk and acting like an idiot and it was pretty funny.

Yeeeeeehaaaaw!!! It's Friday, I got all my shit done and I don't care what grade I make on any of it. Too bad I'm broke, otherwise I'd paint the town red or something. Too bad I'm also going to crash sometime around 7 tonight. I stayed up waaaaay too late doing those damn papers. If it wasn't for Kevin talking to me while I did them, my brain might be mush right now from trying to figure out the conceptualization of salvation in Shinto and from reading too many hiragana and kanji characters on the screen. So thanks for that, babe, among other things.
And David, I'd really appreciate having my ankh back today. Shame on you for stealing it. You never did give me my AKA pin back. Sometimes I hate having an invisible vampire living with me.
